Zeller Ceramics in Zell am Harmersbach
The Zeller ceramics is one of the oldest ceramic manufacturers in Germany, its most famous design being “Hahn und Henne” (cock and hen) which triumphed all over the world as from 1898. Other designs like “Alt Straßburg” (old Strasbourg) and “Favorite” (favourite) have also become collector’s items over the years. Today the range of tableware does not confine itself to the traditional but also to the more modern designs, like the “ono” design, which was added to the collection in 2007. They can all be admired in the factory outlet (seconds) where there is a corner with special offers, a café as well as a small museum.

May to December also Sunday, Bank Holidays 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
Wednesday as from 2.00 p.m. guided tours of the factory
Friday and Saturday 1.00 - 3.00 p.m. watch the tableware being painted and decorated!
