Duravit is one of the leading manufacturers of bathroom furniture and possibly one of the oldest seeing as it dates back 200 years. The company has changed the face of bathroom furniture from the sterile places they used to be years ago into a place with that “feel-good”factor. They now offer anything and everything you need to make your bathroom the place to be.
The Duravit Design Centre was designed by Philippe Starke, architect and star designer. Here on five floors you can find out all you want to know about bathrooms. Where does it all start? How is everything made? History in the making from 1817 to the present day. Everything you want to know about design, architecture, water and bringing your bathroom to life. The giant toilet the size of a house, with a platform which is 12 metres high, is an added attraction.
